For a lost or stolen Visa Credit Card within the United States, please call 1-800-558-3424.
This is Visa’s Customer Assistance Center.

Cardholders traveling outside the country can report their Visa cards lost/stolen and request emergency services by using the toll-free numbers on Visa’s web site.

Have the following information ready for Visa’s Global Customer Assistance Center:
1. The bank’s name – First National Bank of Orrville
2. The card type (Visa Classic)
3. The country where the card was issued – the United States

If you know your 16-digit credit card number, the Center can cancel your lost or stolen card more quickly. In that case, this is the information they will need:
1. The full 16-digit credit card number
2. Whether you are the primary or secondary card holder (The primary cardholder’s name appears first on your credit card bill.)
3. The exact cardholder’s name as printed on the card
4. The billing address – where your credit card bill is sent each month
5. Your home phone number
6. The circumstances of the loss or theft
7. ID information – social security number, date of birth and mother’s maiden name

Gift or TravelMoney Cards
For a lost or stolen FNB Gift Card, please call 1-866-443-8789.
