Participating merchants may verify the funds availability of your checking account by using your account number and the merchant's own Personal Identification Number (PIN). Our system does NOT tell the merchant how much is in your account. The system merely replies whether or not the check will clear if presented to the bank at that time.

We will not share your information with any company that offers products that are not related to your financial needs. We will not sell information about you to another company.

We have built additional security such as secure PIN numbers and Funds Transfer Forms into the transfer pieces of electronic banking. We require a secure web server to gain access to your accounts.

If at any time you believe that some of the information we have shared or may share is incomplete, inaccurate or not current, please let us know by writing to: First National Bank, Consumer Reporting Department, P.O. Box 57, Orrville, Ohio 44667. Simply give us your complete name, current address, phone number, and social security number. You will also need to include your account number, type of account, and the specific item in dispute, along with the reason you believe this information has been reported in error.
